Anne
Riley
Anne Riley
is so committed to what she does as a family service counselor
that she plans to spend the rest of her working career in
this position. A member of St. Agnes Parish, Roeland Park,
Kan., Anne has been with Catholic Cemeteries for 10 years.
She defines her role as being responsible for working with
“at need” families to help them get what they
need and want at the time of the loss of a loved one. She
also works with pre-need families so they can make informed
decisions about burial arrangements in advance. “Without
my help and friendship, their experiences might be more difficult,”
she added. |

Carla
Yarnell
Carla
Yarnell has extensive customer service experience and communication
skills that are focused on helping and assisting families
with their needs and concerns. She was literally the “front
door” to Catholic Cemeteries in her previous position
as receptionist, greeting visitors, answering the telephone
and handling a number of responsibilities. That role familiarized
her with the many different services provided by Catholic
Cemeteries—all of which she believes demonstrate respect
and dignity for the deceased and for their loved ones. Carla
is a member of St. Therese North Parish, Kansas City, Mo.,
and Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish, Kansas City, Kan.
